	If you have Problems Downloading a product
	If you didn't receive your E-mail confirmation and installation serial number:
	If you get the error message "Your computer screen is not set to at least 800 by 600 pixels resolution, and thus the Program cannot be installed." You can probably increase your screen resolution and then run the installer again. You can attempt to change your screen resolution as follows: click on "Settings" in your Start Menu, select "Control Panel". Click on the icon labeled "Display". Click on the tab labeled "Settings". The screen resolution is shown on the lower right in a box labelled "Screen Area" or "Desktop Area". If needed, you can attempt to increase the resolution by moving the slider bar in this box to the right.
	Software Updates — You will be notified via E-mail if an update is available for your product.
